Big League Dreams Perris Valley sports complex is a $25 million facility on Trumble Road east of Downtown of Perris Ca. The 35-acre complex features four replica baseball stadiums Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium and the Big A in Anaheim.
6 playing fields are built as scaled-down replicas of famous ballparks such as Bostons Fenway Park, New Yorks Yankee Stadium and Chicagos Wrigley Field. BLD parks feature stadium seating and a field club where you can watch the games from indoors if you choose.
League City determined it was in the best interest of the city to transition to a more sustainable model to manage the city-owned facility, which has been under a maintenance and operation agreement with Big League Dreams League City, L.P. (BLD) since the fall of 2021.
The sports complex sold in 2022 to TC Sports Group, which vowed to make repairs and other improvements to the facility.
