Whether you are preparing an assignment for the whole class or looking for a simple tool to deal with handed-out PDFs, DocHub has all the tools to navigate educational materials easily and securely.

Complete and sign documents:

  1. Get started: Begin by uploading an existing document. Alternatively, create a new PDF from scratch or select a template in the “K-12 and Schools” category.
  2. Customize the document: Use the top toolbar to add, annotate, highlight, and whiteout text, insert images, and more.
  3. Organize the layout: Insert new pages, reorder existing ones, and merge multiple PDFs seamlessly.

Prepare documents for others to fill out:

  1. Add fillable fields as needed: Click the Manage Fields tab in the left corner. Add fillable fields, like text box, initials, date picker, etc.
  2. Configure the fields: Click on a field and customize its behavior and appearance to match the K-12 and Schools’ education needs. Select People in the same area to add recipients and hit Prepare Sign Request to send the copy out.
