Prepare and sign documents:

  1. Get started: Begin by adding an existing file or generate a new PDF from scratch.
  2. Enhance your form: Use the top toolbar to include, annotate, highlight, whiteout text, insert images, and more.
  3. Organize the layout: Easily insert new pages, reorder existing ones, and combine multiple PDFs.
  4. Insert your signature: Hit the Sign button in the same toolbar to create a written, drawn, or image-based eSignature (accepted in the Non-profits industry).

Prepare documents for others to complete and endorse:

  1. Include fillable fields: Click the Manage Fields tab in the left corner to add text boxes, initials, date pickers, and more.
  2. Collect signatures: In the same tab, include signature fields for others to complete.
  3. Configure the fields: Customize field behavior and appearance to match Non-profits form standards. Select People in the same area to add recipients and click Prepare Sign Request to send the copy out for execution.
