DocHub for Construction: how to handle forms with a reliable cloud-based solution.

Ready to optimize your Construction document operations? This guide outlines DocHub’s powerful features for modifying, electronically signing, distributing, and more.

Complete and sign documents:

  1. Get started: Start off by importing an existing form, craft a new PDF from the ground up, or find an appropriate template in the construction or Real Estate category.
  2. Edit your document: Use the top toolbar to include, annotate, highlight, whiteout text, insert photos, and more.
  3. Organize the layout: Seamlessly insert new pages, reorder existing ones, and merge multiple PDFs.
  4. Insert your signature: Click the Sign button in the same toolbar to create a text-based, drawn, or image-based eSignature (valid in the Construction industry).

Prepare forms for others to fill out and endorse:

  1. Insert fillable fields: Click the Manage Fields tab in the left corner to add text fields, initials, date pickers, and more.
  2. Request signatures: In the same tab, include signature fields for others to fill out.
  3. Modify the fields: Customize field behavior and appearance to match Construction document standards. Select People in the same area to assign recipients and hit Prepare Sign Request to send the copy out for completion.
