Sure, with DocHub's advanced Envelope feature, you can send multiple documents in bulk without preparing and sending each file separately. Click New Document and upload up to 20 files at a time from your device, cloud, or DocHub account; choose the required settings in the Options dropdown, and add more files once the upload is complete. Alternatively, navigate to Documents, select those you need to get signed, click Actions, and create an Envelope. After you merge files into a single doc, make the necessary changes, assign fillable fields to the particular recipients, and send an Envelope for approval.
With DocHub, sending documents for signature is always safe and compliant. The platform uses encryption and authentication technology and complies with the primary eSignature regulations to ensure your paperwork is secure and legally binding during the signing process. Navigate to the Documents tab of your profile and select all files you want signed in one go. Then, click Actions and choose New Envelope to create a merged document. Ensure you have all the fillable fields assigned to the right participants and prepare the sign request. Set the signing order and customize the email message before you send the envelope to the list of recipients.
Yes, with DocHub's Envelope feature, you can set a signing order to ensure a smooth and organized signing process. After you add documents to an envelope and assign fillable fields to particular people, click the Prepare sign request button. Now, you can specify the sequence in which recipients receive and sign the paperwork or let them do it simultaneously without a strict order.
We don't charge extra fees for a single Envelope. All users subscribed to a Pro plan can send unlimited multi-document sign requests and manage as many forms as needed. Start a free 30-day trial to try this advanced platform's functionality in action before paying for the subscription.
There are no limits on that. You can send unlimited Envelopes to request multiple signatures in one go. There are only restrictions on the number of signers and document collaborators per each request. You can check the Pro plan description here.
Once you send an eSignature request, you can no longer adjust the files sent. However, you can add more collaborators, such as viewers, to the envelope. If you need to make any changes to the document package or add extra fields assigned to the participants, click Manage & Audit -> Document Actions and choose to void your request and destroy the paperwork.
