Streamlined paperwork in Universities

Orderly and simple paperwork is a must in all universities. Both students and administrators have to handle a massive amount of papers every day, and this is exactly the process that DocHub can simplify for both parties.

Complete and sign documents:

  1. Create or upload the document: Begin by uploading an existing document. Alternatively, you can create a new document from scratch.
  2. Customize the document: Use the top toolbar to add, annotate, highlight, and whiteout text, insert images, and more.
  3. eSign the document: Click the Sign button in the same toolbar to create a typed, drawn, or image-based eSignature.

Turn the document fillable:

  1. Add dynamic fields as needed: If you need the document to be easily filled with data, select the Manage Fields tab in the left corner. Add fillable fields, like text box, initials, date picker, etc.
  2. Configure the fields: Click on a field and customize it according to the university workflow or the assignment to be completed. If you are working with the class or a group of students, select People in the same area to add recipients and hit Prepare Sign Request to send the copy out.

Securely share, protect, and manage the final copy:

  1. Share your document with those involved: Click in the top right corner to create a public link, send private links to specific individuals, set role-based permissions for approvals if the document must be handled by a number of people, or use email or fax to deliver it.
  2. Save the file to the cloud: Store your documents directly in DocHub or connect DocHub with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Chrome, Classroom), Dropbox, and Box to further edit, sign, and manage documents from within your favorite apps.
