Our Founding In 1801, George Sibbald of Augusta donated land for a centrally located county seat. The Georgia Legislature created the town of Statesborough on December 19, 1803, some fifty miles northwest of Savannah. It was incorporated with a population of less than 25 people.
The Bulloch County School District has nine elementary schools, four middle schools, and three high schools.
The person requesting a birth certificate must provide: A completed and signed Birth Certificate Request Form. A Sworn Statement (not required for in-person requests) One of the following types of official photo identification (ID): State of Georgia drivers license. Photo ID card issued by a government agency.
