This affidavit is a contract between a sponsor and the U.S. Government. The person completing and signing this affidavit is the sponsor. By signing Form I-864EZ, you are agreeing to use your income and resources to support the intending immigrant named in this affidavit, if it becomes necessary.
Use this form to show that the applying immigrant has adequate means of financial support and is not likely to rely on the U.S. government for financial support.
