Extended Annual reports have 3 or 12-16 months AC; 4 or 12-16 months USAR and ARNG.
A referred OER is the officer's chance to explain the situation. and challenge ratings or comments. After submitting comments, the rater can adjust the evaluation, but cannot rebut the rated officer's statements. The officer's comments will be filed alongside the OER when it is filed with Human Resources Command.
(1) Officers and their rating officials will use the DA Form 67\u201310 series (OER), DA Form 67\u201310\u20131A, and theelectronically generated \u201cRater\u201d and \u201cSenior Rater Profile\u201d reports, as applicable. Note. The term \u201cofficer\u201d refers to both commissioned officers and warrant officers, unless otherwise specified.
