9. Describe the merchandise clearly, including its use if known.
10. For compliance, complete Section 2 by entering HTS Number, Entered Value, Article/Component of Article, Plant Scientific Name, Country of Harvest, Quantity of Plant Material, Unit, and Percent Recycled where applicable.
