How long does it take to get ANCC results?

Upon passing the exam, ANCC will update candidate's status to CERTIFIED upon receipt of the exam results from Prometric. Due to quality review measures, official test results are posted 3 business days from the time you test. If you do not pass the examination, the ANCC retest policy is in effect.
