Be serving on active duty with an Active Duty Service Date (ADSD) in the U.S. Navy or Full Time Support (FTS). Be a high school graduate. Be able to complete requirements for a baccalaureate degree in 36 months or less.
Participants in STA-21 will NOT: Be able to get benefits from the Navys Tuition Assistance Program, Navy College Fund, or Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP). Be able to get paid for special duty assignments (SDAP). Be eligible to build up service years:
