A party requesting that a record be filed under seal must file a motion or an application for an order sealing the record. The motion or application must be accompanied by a memorandum and a declaration containing facts sufficient to justify the sealing.
Code, Sections 851.91, 851.92) (CR-410) States a courts decision on your request to clean your criminal record of arrests that did not result in a conviction.
You may request that a court seal your arrest records or criminal records. If a judge agrees with your request, the records will no longer be available to the public.
