2. Begin by entering your social security number and the names as shown on Form 1040, 1040-SR, or 1040-NR at the top of the form.
3. In Part I, fill out line 1 for Alternative Minimum Tax by attaching Form 6251 if applicable. For line 2, report any Excess Advance Premium Tax Credit Repayment using Form 8962.
4. Add lines 1 and 2 together and enter the total on line 3. This amount should also be reported on your main tax form.
5. Proceed to Part II for Other Taxes. Complete each relevant section, such as self-employment tax (line 4) and additional Medicare tax (line 11), ensuring you attach any required forms.
6. For line 18, sum all additional taxes listed in section 17. Finally, add lines from sections to calculate your total other taxes on line 21.
