1040 2019 schedule 2-2026

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the 1040 2019 Schedule 2 in our editor.
2. Begin by entering your social security number and the names as shown on Form 1040 or 1040-SR at the top of the form.
3. In Part I, complete lines 1 and 2 for Alternative Minimum Tax and Excess Advance Premium Tax Credit Repayment, respectively. If applicable, attach the required forms (Form 6251 and Form 8962).
4. Add the amounts from lines 1 and 2, then enter this total on line 3. This amount will be included on Form 1040 or 1040-SR, line 12b.
5. Move to Part II and fill out lines for Other Taxes. Complete lines for Self-employment tax (attach Schedule SE), Unreported Social Security and Medicare tax (if applicable), and any additional taxes related to IRAs or retirement plans.
6. Finally, add up all amounts from lines 4 through 8 in Part II. Enter this total on line 10, which will be reported on Form 1040 or 1040-SR, line 15.
