Health-e-Arizona Plus is an on-line application for Arizona Residents. You can apply for medical coverage through AHCCCS, Nutrition Assistance (formerly know as the Food Stamp program), and Cash Assistance. You can use Health-e-Arizona Plus even if you have applied before or are currently receiving benefits.
Each eligible child will receive a benefit of $391. Children in child care under age 6 will receive benefits early September 2022, while school-age children will receive benefits in October 2022.
You can renew your benefits online with a Health-e-Arizona Plus account. If you'd rather renew in person, call your caseworker, local office, or the Arizona SNAP hotline (1-855-777-8590) to find out how.
You can also complete the renewal process by phone by contacting 1-855-HEA-PLUS (1-855-432-7587). If you turn in an application more than 60 days before it is time for your renewal, the application will be considered a change.
