4. Move to Section B, where you must select one of the paths (A, B, C, D, or E). For Path A, enter both Minimum Solar Zone Area and Proposed Solar Zone Area as calculated in NRCC-SRA-02-E Worksheet.
5. For Path B, report Total Roof Area and calculate Minimum Nameplate DC Power Rating. Indicate if a permanently installed solar electric system will be present.
6. Continue through Sections C to E by answering questions regarding solar water heating systems, thermostats, lighting efficacy, and roof design for vehicle traffic or heliports.
7. Finally, complete the Documentation Author's Declaration Statement and Responsible Person's Declaration Statement at the end of the form.
