1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the adjudication form in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the 'Order of Appearance', 'Event', and 'Date' at the top of the form. This information helps identify the performance context.
3. Fill in the 'Program/Event No.' and 'Class' fields, specifying the type of solo performance (e.g., tenor solo, trumpet solo).
4. Input the 'School Name' and 'Name of Soloist' to ensure proper identification of participants.
5. In the 'Selections' section, list each piece performed along with its composer and publisher for reference.
6. Use the scoring system provided to evaluate each performance area. Place scores in their respective boxes and total them carefully.
7. Provide detailed comments in the 'AREAS OF CONCERN' section, addressing tone quality, intonation, rhythm, technique, interpretation, diction, and other performance factors.
8. Finally, sign as an adjudicator at the bottom of the form and calculate the divisional rating based on total points.
