3. Fill in your permanent and campus addresses accurately to ensure proper communication.
4. Indicate your marital status and the number of dependent children you have.
5. Specify the school where the scholarship will be used and any other school you are currently attending.
6. Select your academic classification (junior, senior, etc.) and provide your expected graduation date along with degree and major details.
7. Enter your overall GPA and accounting GPA, then indicate if you are a SCACPA member.
8. Ensure all required attachments are included: transcripts, scholarship listings, reference letters, resume, essay, certification from your accounting school head, and acceptance letter if transferring.
9. Review all entries for accuracy before submitting. Mail the completed application with attachments postmarked by June 1, 2010.
