The maximum tow fees permitted by law are as follows: light-duty tows, $255; medium-duty tows, $357; heavy-duty tows, $459 per unit, or a maximum of $918.
A vehicle that has not moved within 48 hours is eligible to be towed as an abandoned vehicle. 5. If another report of violation is received, a warning will not be issued. Each vehicle will only receive one warning.
