Please request an official transcript from all colleges or universities you have attended. These official transcripts should be mailed to Jacksonville University at 2800 University Blvd. North, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
Submitting Transcripts to FSCJ Domestic (U.S.) high school and/or college/university transcripts must be sent to Florida State College at Jacksonville either electronically from a transcript provider using studentrecords@fscj.edu, or by mail directly from the institution(s) to the address below.
