Permit to Possess Venomous Reptiles (VRC) To possess venomous reptiles, requirements related to experience documentation, facility, and caging must be met (see bottom of page). Anyone wishing to sell venomous reptiles must obtain both a VRC and an ESC (Class III) permit.
