2. Begin with the 'Self Nomination' section. Enter your name, chapter name and number, and provide your signature to confirm your intent to run for a position.
3. If you are nominating someone else, navigate to the 'Second Party Nomination' section. Fill in the nominee's name, the position they are being nominated for, their chapter name and number, and your own details as the nominator along with your signature.
4. Review the 'FOR OFFICE USE ONLY' section. Ensure that all necessary confirmations regarding the nominee's membership status are completed accurately.
5. Once all fields are filled out correctly, save your changes and submit the completed form to the OSEA Election Committee by March 1, 2020.
