Arizona legislation just passed a program that will give free tuition for 4-year degrees for low-income students. Eligible students are Arizona residents and 2.5 minimum HS graduates who are on campus (they specify NOT ASU online) and who have received maximum Pell Grant awards (so full-time admission required).
