  7. Complete section D on how electricity generation will be reported to the Company and select your preferred method.
  8. In section E, indicate how Net Metering Credits will be applied based on your preferences.
  9. If applicable, complete sections F and G regarding Class III Net Metering Facilities and allocation percentages.
  10. Finally, sign and date the application at the bottom of the form to certify its accuracy before submitting it.

A host customer may change Schedule Z no more than 4 times in one calendar year, unless there is a mutual agreement to change it more often. D.P.U.
