To Change Your Plan Enrollment Once You Are a Member To make a change, visit the South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices website or call 1-877-552-4642, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. TTY users should call 1-877-552-4670.

SCDHHS recommends that you file a claim with the primary insurer within 30 days of the date of service.
If you have any changes to your income, resources, living arrangements, address or anything else that might affect your eligibility (for example, a child moved out or spouse went to work) you must report these changes to Healthy Connections right away at 1-888-549-0820.
Members have 90 days after enrolling in a health plan to transfer to another plan or return to regular Medicaid. After the 90 day Choice Period has expired, members stay in their health plan until their one year anniversary date unless they have a special reason to make a change.
