Be able to direct care or have a representative who can direct care on their behalf. Be enrolled in one of Minnesotas health care programs (Medical Assistance, MA waiver/Alternative Care).
Although many people, including employers, use the terms PCA and CNA interchangeably, there are docHub differences between the two titles. A CNA, or certified nursing assistant, must attend and complete the certification course required by their state, while not all PCAs need to have certification or licensure.
