Can you nominate a foreigner for CPF?

For nominees who are non-citizens or PRs, you are required to obtain their names, foreign passport or identification number, as well as their mailing address. For your two witnesses, you will need their names, IC numbers, email and/or Singapore-registered mobile number.

You will need to have a valid SingPass to make a nomination. You will also require two witnesses with a valid SingPass each to witness your nomination via the CPF website. Visit any of our CPF Service Centres and complete the nomination form in the presence of our Customer Service Executives.

How can I claim my CPF nomination?

You will need to provide information about: the deceaseds name and CPF account number. the deceaseds date of nomination and date of death. your bank account details. your CDP account number (if the deceased has discounted Singtel shares).
