Next, answer whether the soldier has achieved or will achieve 18 years of AFS, again selecting 'Yes' or 'No'.
Fill in the number of days proposed for this tour in the designated field.
Answer if the soldier has performed any other AD or FTNGD within this fiscal year, and if so, specify how many total days.
Determine if TAG has approval authority based on cumulative service days this fiscal year and select 'Yes' or 'No'.
