A 4-H Record Book is a standard record of your activities in 4-H - your projects, activities, events, skills development and learning experiences. The 4-H Record Book helps you improve your skills in record keeping, goal management and reflection on your achievements and growth in 4-H.
4-H Record Books must be completed by the 4-H member that means you! This includes completing forms, writing the 4-H Story and other records. Adults may assist by guiding, explaining and helping to compile information and proofreading. Its important that you record what YOU learned and not copy the work of others.
Assembling your Record Book Assemble book in following order: 1) Front cover. 2) Cumulative record for awards received (green cardstock filled out by 4-H office). 3) Picture page. 4) Activity Summary and photo pages.

4-H CLUB MEMBERSHIP: 4-H Club membership is open to all youth beginning at age 8 or 4th grade (with actual enrollment date determined by the state) and open to all young people as determined by each state but not to exceed beyond the age of 21.
