How to use or fill out resident information sheet - DASH Property Management with our platform
- Click ‘Get Form’ to open the resident information sheet in the editor.
- Begin by filling out the Owner(s) Information section. Enter the registered owner's name, suite/unit number, and condo number. Ensure you provide the owner suite insurance policy number and indicate whether the suite hydro is set up.
- Next, complete the Address field if off-site, along with contact numbers (cell, business, home) and email address. If leasing, remember to attach a copy of the lease or form 5.
- In the Tenant(s) Information section, list all tenants residing in the unit. Include their names, telephone numbers, and email addresses. If there are roommates, check the appropriate box.
- Proceed to Vehicle(s) Information. Fill in details for each vehicle including license plate numbers, year, make, model, color, and parking space information.
- Complete any additional sections such as Bike(s) Information and Emergency Contact Information as needed.
- Finally, provide Pet Information if applicable by entering pet names, breeds, colors/weights, and registration numbers.
