How do I become a certified pesticide applicator in Tennessee? Step 1 You must be at least 18 years of age. Step 2 Complete the Application for Commercial Pesticide Exam with the $150 fee. Step 3 Pass a certification exam. Step 4 Complete $25 state exam and at least one category exam.
