Renewal of Clinical Laboratory Personnel Licenses and Certificates. California law requires license and certificate holders to renew California licenses and certificates every two years.
It would be best to get a 70% pass, and the pass rate is around 3 in 4 test-takers. The NCSF test questions are not the hardest, but you should still consider practice questions. This can affect how long it takes to become a personal trainer.
Retake Policy If you do not meet the minimum passing score on the exam you may re-apply to take the exam again. Re-take exam fees are $99.00. Candidates are required to wait thirty (30) days between exam attempts. To re-apply to take the exam, contact the NCSF directly at 800-772-NCSF(6273).
How long does it take to complete the program? Upon enrollment, candidates will have six (6) months to schedule and take the NCSF-CSC Exam. Students should expect, on average, to take approximately 2-4 months to study the materials prior to testing.
