Issue: Unable to download and Adobe Acrobat Reader Download issues may occur due to one of the following reasons: Your computer isnt connected to the Internet, or there is a problem with your Internet settings. Your antivirus software needs to be updated. You may not be connected to the Adobe server.
Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file. On the menu, click Get Info. Navigate to the Open With: section and select Adobe Acrobat DC or Reader from the dropdown list. Tap Change All to apply this change to all future PDF documents.
Right-click the Adobe application icon and select Run as Administrator to see if it opens.
