What is an assignment agreement with AirHelp?

Assignment Agreement means the document, in electronic or other format, requested by AirHelp on a case-by-case basis, whereby you and AirHelp agree that AirHelp shall become the owner of the Claim, subject to the terms of the Assignment Agreement, in order to collect and receive payments.

How much compensation does AirHelp take?

AirHelp+ Members do not pay either the Service Fee or Legal Action Fee for the Compensation Service. AirHelp+ Members pay the Membership Fees listed below. For each Claim where we successfully obtain Flight Compensation, the Service Fee is 35% of the total Flight Compensation, including applicable VAT.
