Can I write my own lease agreement?

A lease purchase trucking agreement is a contract between a driver and a carrier where the driver leases a truck with the option to buy it at the end of the lease term. Unlike traditional employment, drivers operate more like owner-operators, gaining independence and potential higher earnings.

Is leasing a truck ever a good idea?

A hand-written rental agreement is absolutely valid and enforceable. It doesnt need to be docHubd, but must be signed by both parties to the lease. Essential terms must be present in the writing, however.
