About this number. This number represents a full year of tuition based on 9 hours per semester at $555 per credit hour. Non-residents pay an additional fee of $1,120 per credit hour.
International students who transfer from Universities within or outside of the USA may qualify for International Undergraduate Student Scholarships (IUSS) which can cover up to 100% of non-resident tuition fees.
Students whose parents are graduates of the University of Mississippi are eligible to receive a Non-Resident Alumni Award. This award will pay between $6,000-$8,000 per parent, per year and is renewable for up to 8 semesters total.
After docHubing the residency of an applicant, the State Coordinator sends a notice of certification to the student and to the Institutional Coordinator at the University of Mississippi. The Institutional Coordinator will make arrangements to ensure that the student is not charged out-of-state tuition fees.
