Begin by filling in the date of execution at the top of the document. This is crucial for establishing the timeline of your agreement.
In the first section, specify the names of both parties involved: 'Employer' and 'Contractor'. Ensure accuracy as this identifies who is bound by the contract.
Detail the work to be performed in Section 1.2. Clearly outline duties such as cleaning uniforms, towels, and sheets. Use bullet points for clarity.
Set a completion date in Section 1.3, indicating when you expect the work to be finished. This helps manage expectations.
In Section 2, specify compensation details including payment amount and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
Review Sections 3 through 6 carefully to ensure all terms are understood and agreed upon before signing.
