Begin by filling in the date and names of both the Employer and Contractor at the top of the document. This establishes who is entering into the agreement.
In Section 1, specify the work to be performed. Clearly outline the duties, including details about dirt removal and any additional tasks required.
Set a completion date in Section 1.3, ensuring it aligns with your project timeline. If necessary, include terms for potential extensions.
In Section 2, detail compensation terms. Indicate how much will be paid and when (e.g., upon completion, daily, weekly).
Review Sections 3 through 6 for independent contractor status, insurance requirements, and miscellaneous provisions to ensure compliance with local laws.
Finally, have both parties sign at the bottom of the document to finalize the agreement.
