How to use or fill out the semi annual annual form with our platform

What is the purpose of the SAR 7 form?
A Semi-Annual Report (SAR 7 or Periodic Report) is a form that updates your county about changes to your situation. You must fill it out 6 months after you apply, even if you dont have changes to report. The county will use it to determine if youre still eligible for CalFresh.
What happens if you dont fill out SAR 7?
If you do not send in a complete report including, but not limited to, answering all questions on the SAR 7 and attaching proof when we ask for it, your benefits may be delayed, changed, or stopped.
What is the SAR code 7?
Extended Filing Date It is the final date by which a household must submit a complete SAR 7, including all required verification, without termination of eligibility. Extended filing date: 1st working day, after the last day of the Payment Period.
