This is a great alternative to Docusign! Pricing is much more reasonable and it has many similarities TO Docusign, if that's what you are accustomed to. Unlimited signature requests/document sends is a very enticing feature as many others allow "X" amount for this package but you can Upgrade.... With that being said, it could be a little more "user friendly". There are a few things, such as using a template and when you fill "said" template, it suddenly becomes a NEW template. The folders on the left tend tpo clutter quickly and yes, you can create your own sub folders for filing however it lingers in past folders. If you remove it from a folder, there's a 50/50 chance it will be removed completely. For those you DO want removed, once deleted it keeps a "ghost" record to see visually. There are a few more of those little things that tend to drive me nuts but I'm still working at a way to solve it on my end. And the other issue, in my opinion, is I can't seem to find ANY video tutorials on how to use it. Which is a shame seeing as how this is a Google product, not some no-name start up company. If you're reading these, Google, 3-5 minute video tutorials are absolutely worth it for us that pay for your services.
