Range qualification for the Texas LTC: A total of 50 rounds are fired during the range qualification test. To pass, you must score a 70% (175 out of a possible 250 points). The target is a human-shaped silhouette measuring 45 by 24 inches.
Under Minnesota law, you must obtain a permit to carry a handgun in public. The law does not require that you conceal the weapon. If you have a Permit to Carry you dont need to obtain a Permit to Purchase to obtain a firearm.
