hello and in this video we are going to learn how to remove a watermark in word so you might have received a file that contains a watermark for example this document has a drag watermark to indicate that it is in drive mode but other popular watermarks might be confidential sample urgent do not copy etc and etc so once you have finished working on the document and the drive becomes finer you would want to remove the drive watermark you might be tempted to double click on the watermark hoping that it will become visible and then you can remove it but it doesnt work in this case what we need to do is to go to design watermark select the drop down arrow and select remove watermark and its gone

If you create a Word document using a Stationery, and it is showing as Draft, this is because the Stationery has the Default Delivery Status is set to Draft. If you do not want it to be Draft, you need to set the Default Delivery Status in the Stationery as Sent, or as None.
Word offers a convenient feature for this: Go to the Draft tab, click the Watermark button and choose Remove Watermark. Word allows you to use only a single watermark, so one click should be enough to remove the graphic element from the entire document. You can remove a watermark in Word with one click.
Change Document Status Open the document you want to mark as final, click File and then select Info from the left pane. Click the Protect Document button and then choose Mark as Final from the menu. Click OK when Word warns you that the document will be marked as final and then saved.
If you cant delete a watermark using Remove Watermark, try this: Double-click near the top of the page to open the header area. Put your cursor over the watermark until you see a 4-way arrow. Select the watermark. Press the Delete key on your keyboard. Repeat as necessary to remove all watermarks.

Step-by-step guide to getting Microsoft Word back to normal view: Click the View tab. Select Document Views in the dropdown menu. Choose Print Layout in the Document Views section. Your Word document should be back to its regular view.
