This text provides instructions on how to print comments along with the actual page in Acrobat 10. The first step is to ensure the preference for printing notes and pop-ups is set. Then, when printing, make sure to select the option for printing document and markups. Only open pop-up comments will be printed, and any overlapping pop-ups will overlap in the printout. To create a separate document summarizing the comments, use the "Summarize Comments" button in the print dialog. Acrobat will generate another temporary PDF file with the text of the summarized comments included.
