In the Chrome browser, select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner. Choose Settings Advanced Privacy and security. Select Site Settings PDF documents. Use the toggle switch next to Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome to turn the feature on and off.
Disable print preview in Google Chrome on Windows Close Google Chrome. From your desktop, right click Google Chrome. Click Properties. In the dialog box, add disable-print-preview at the end of the Target field sans the apostrophe (make sure to include the space before ) Click Apply.

Googles Chrome web browsers default print dialog offers to print to PDF in an effort to avoid wasted paper, the default behaviour is to offer to save as a PDF document. In order to print to paper, there are extra steps now. Next select the printer, number of copies/range of pages and Print.
One of the security options when you secure a PDF is to restrict printing permissions. If these options have been turned on, it will limit anyones ability to print the PDF unless they have the password.
Under Printers scanners, locate Microsoft Print to PDF select it to get additional options. Select Remove Device. On the popup to confirm removal, select Yes. Print to PDF no longer appears in the available printer list.
The Permissions setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the Allow the document to be printed option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
