Yes, your full name can show up on a credit card receipt, however that is not guaranteed. Whether your full name shows up on a receipt depends on the merchant or the payment processor. Aside from your name, a credit card receipt can contain other information, such as: Your shortened credit card number.

Heres how to edit the information. In the QuickBooks Online mobile app, tap Menu ☰. Select the ALL tab. In the Money in section, select Sales receipts or Invoice payments. Select the sales receipt or invoice payment that you want to edit. Select Edit ✎. Make changes, then select Save.
The difference between an invoice and a receipt Invoices are issued prior to the customer sending the payment, whereas a receipt is issued after the payment has been received. The invoice acts as a request for payment, and the receipt acts as a proof of payment.
Item Receipts Open the item receipt. Go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction Journal. Click the Customize button. Set the appropriate reporting date. In the Columns menu, select the Item, Item Description, Qty, and Amount column. Hit OK.
