This video tutorial demonstrates how to blur text in a PDF file, even though the option is typically called blackout or redact. If you have docHub, you can use the redact PDF option in the right tools menu, but a free online tool like a PDF can also be used for this purpose. Simply upload your PDF file, add redaction marks by drawing a box over the text you want to hide, change the color if desired, and save the file before downloading the final result.
