Complete the 'Purchaser’s Details' by entering the New Owner’s Full Name, Date of Birth, Driver’s Licence Number, and Residential Address. Indicate if the vehicle will be licensed under a company name.
Finally, both Dealer and Purchaser must sign and date their respective declarations at the bottom of the form before submitting it within 7 days to avoid penalties.
