4. In Section B, document your General Information Security Experience similarly. Make sure not to duplicate any experience claimed in Section A.
5. For Section C, indicate any substitutions for general experience based on certifications or degrees. Attach necessary documentation as specified.
6. Complete the Verification page (V-1 and V-2) by having a qualified verifier confirm your work experience. Ensure they sign and return these forms to you.
7. Gather all supporting documents and submit your completed application via fax, email, or mail as instructed on Page V-1.
