The main types of meals are breakfast, brunch, lunch, hi-tea/evening tea, dinner, and supper. Breakfast is first and typically heaviest, while supper is latest and lightest. Each meals timing and sample foods are described, such as eggs, meat, and pastries for breakfast and multiple courses for dinner.
MTMs are fully prepared, nutritionally customized, and generally home-delivered healthy meals for individuals living with advanced and costly diet-sensitive conditions, such as diabetes, heart failure, end stage renal disease, , and cancer.
Special meals are currently offered on our international flights and on most domestic routes for customers traveling in First Class. We offer a variety of meals, like vegetarian, diabetic, low-sodium and low-cholesterol meals to comply with special dietary requirements on most flights that have scheduled meal service.
